Game of Thrones Spoiler Kit

With season 7 about to launch on HBO Canada, we were looking for a way to drive more subscriptions with Rogers. Knowing that many fans wait to find episodes online for free, we decided to use the fear of spoilers as our way in.

So, we created Game ofThrones Spoiler Kits and partnered with KISS 92.5 to give them out as exclusive fan giveaways. The kits were featured on the KISS 92.5 website and also promoted live on-air. Each kit contained a blindfold and a pair of noise cancellation headphones meant to protect fans against any and all show spoilers. Fans were instructed to wear the blindfold and headphones at all times, OR they could simply call Rogers and get a subscription to HBO Canada - that way they could watch the show live and stop spoilers before they started. Senses saved.
